These Terms govern your use of the website mtmd.dev and of the applications published by Meta Media LLC (identification code 405871999), referred to below as “Meta Media”, “we” or “us”. By using our website or applications you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

We provide informational content on this website and software applications distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Some application features may require an account, and some may be offered on a paid or subscription basis.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services in breach of applicable law or of the rights of others;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to use;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to disrupt or overload them;
• reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the content you submit to our applications. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely in order to operate the Services and deliver the result you requested. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

4. Our intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text and trademarks, belong to Meta Media LLC or to its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features and subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the relevant platform under its own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your platform account settings.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any result produced by an application will be suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may amend these Terms. The current version is published on this page with its date of last update. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
