This Privacy Policy explains how Meta Media LLC (identification code 405871999, registered at Ikalto I Lane N1, Tbilisi 0160, Georgia), referred to below as “Meta Media”, “we” or “us”, collects and uses personal data on the website mtmd.dev and in the mobile applications we publish (together, the “Services”).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

2.1 Website

This website does not require registration and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our web server records standard technical logs – IP address, request time, requested address, browser and operating system version – which are used solely to keep the site available and secure.

2.2 Applications

Depending on the application and the features you use, we may process:

Account data – email address and authentication identifiers, so that you can sign in and we can restore access.
Content you submit – text prompts, images and other material you upload in order for the application to produce a result for you.
Technical and diagnostic data – device model, operating system version, application version, crash reports and error logs.
Purchase data – the status of subscriptions and in-app purchases as reported to us by Apple or Google. We never receive or store your payment card details.

3. Why we process this data

To provide the Services and the features you request.
To operate and secure our infrastructure and to prevent abuse.
To diagnose faults and improve the quality and stability of our applications.

Content you submit is transmitted to such a provider only to the extent needed to produce the result you asked for.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: account data for as long as the account exists, content you submit until you delete it or your account is closed, technical logs for a limited period, and accounting records for the term required by law.

delete your account and the personal data associated with it;
restrict or object to certain processing;

7. Children

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on servers with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its date of last update. Material changes will be communicated through the Services.
